London City Strategy Pathfinder Work Focused ESOL Pilot

Approved organisations

This information is for organisations who have been approved at the Learning Skills Council (LSC) Pre-Qualification Questionnaire stage and who want to submit a bid for the London City Strategy Pathfinder Work Focused English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) Project.

The Learning and Skills Council are procuring this programme on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Boards of the City Strategy Pathfinders (CSP), in the West London and East and South East London areas. From our first tender round we have previously let two contracts in West London, covering Brent and Harrow, so therefore we are now seeking coverage for Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hillingdon and Hounslow.

The aim of this programme is to deliver a work focused ESOL pilot which tests out new, work-focused, approaches for parents who have ESOL needs and who are either on benefits or on work tax credits.
