Maven: Hosting, Development and Support for our Online Directory of Employment and Training Services

Closing Date

This opportunity has now closed to new bidders.

Introduction

Maven is an online directory of employment and skills services covering the City Strategy Pathfinder regions in West London and East and South East London. The Directory is designed to allow for multiple user interfaces and currently is accessed through http://directory.westlondonworking.org.uk and www.eastandsoutheastlondoncitystrategy.org.uk.

The system is unique in that it allows personal advisers to search based on complex eligibility criteria, pointing to services delivered that meet the specific needs of individuals they work with.

Requirements

The incumbent provider developed the tool and have hosted it for 12 months. That contract ends on 31 July 2009.

LDA now seek a specialist organisation to host the directory with helpdesk for a further period of up to 24 months. LDA also require development to the directory which we expect to be carried out as part of the new hosting contract.

To apply you must be registered on www.CompeteFor.com.

The London Development Agency, working closely with London Business Network and London 2012, developed CompeteFor to ensure that diverse businesses across the capital can access various commercial opportunities. Registering on CompeteFor takes a matter of minutes and will open a wide range of opportunities to your organisation.
