West London Working aims to achieve a sustainable increase in employment and to reduce child poverty through the structural transformation of support services.

We are looking for a committed individual to lead and develop a crucial change programme across multiple stakeholders and influence policy change, aiming to improve employment opportunities in West London for local residents and employers.

You'll lead upon local operational partnership activity, working closely with central government to implement comprehensive plans and establish a solid infrastructure. This is a strategic role but you'll also manage programme delivery and leverage resources from other Partners, working with a wide variety of people. You can really get your teeth into this high profile opportunity which offers plenty of scope for leading a cutting edge change programme at the heart of a key current issue.

You'll be experienced with managing multi strand change programmes in a similar role and leading teams across diverse networks. With a flair for strategic thinking, you'll bring an innovative yet realistic vision to the programme and your knowledge of business processes, multi-agency working and operational activity will enable to you to implement solutions whilst keeping a firm grasp on priorities. With a relevant degree and excellent communications and project management skills, you'll cope well under pressure and, above all, you'll have a solid understanding of London's communities, equalities issues and key organisations.
