West London Working Business Partner Programme
Opportunities for businesses and providers
Are you an employment or training provider in west London and want to improve employer engagement through a unique opportunity? The West London Working Business Partner Programme, delivered by Park Royal Workforce, is specifically aimed at employment and training providers who can directly benefit from mentoring delivered by private sector mentors. The programme will allow providers to speak directly with business mentors to better understand employers' needs and working practices and improve the delivery of recruitment services. Park Royal Workforce is currently inviting enquiries from providers, based in west London, that are interested in learning more about the programme and are keen to participate.
We are also keen to hear from businesses that could to share their experiences by providing mentoring. Businesses will receive expert training on how to become a mentor, with the option of gaining credits towards a professional business qualification. Business mentors will have access to a tailored mentoring toolkit which can assist in your employees' personal development and the growth of your business.
