Introduction
On behalf of West London Working (www.westlondonworking.org.uk the London Development Agency (LDA) wishes to commission an organisation to continue to support and service the West London Working Guidance, Skills and Brokerage Confederation.
The West London Working Guidance Skills and Brokerage Confederation was established in April 2009 and is West London Working's response to a need for an employment and training provider network across the West London sub region. To date, over 230 representatives from a wide range of employability providers have attended a range of Confederation events and over 500 receive regular monthly e-bulletins.

The LDA is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information (FoI) Act 2000 which requires information held by a public body to be provided to members of the public if requested.
In certain circumstances information is exempt from release under the Act, and this can sometimes include information of a commercially sensitive nature. If the tenderer considers that any information supplied by it is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, this should be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity given.
If an FOI request is received by the LDA which relates to this information, consideration will be given to the issues raised by the tenderer in determining the Agency's legal obligations.
